What The Reset Is 

This is a small, private six-week experience for midlife women who are ready to get out of survival mode and back into a life that actually feels light, energizing, and enjoyable again.

What We’ll Do Over Six Weeks

Over six weeks, we move through the five areas that tend to unravel in midlife – one at a time, so nothing feels overwhelming and every week moves your life forward.

Week 1: Your Identity – Where You Are vs. Where You Want to Be

Midlife has a way of making you feel like a stranger in your own life. You’ve spent years being everything to everyone else – and somewhere in the process, you lost track of yourself.

This week, we get honest about what’s draining you, what feels heavy, what no longer fits, and what you’re no longer willing to tolerate. And then we do something most women haven’t done in years: we define what you actually want. Not what’s expected of you. Not what makes sense on paper. What genuinely lights you up and makes your life feel like yours.

Confusion turns into direction. That’s where we start.

Week 2: Your Body, Energy & Vitality

Perimenopause and menopause don’t announce themselves politely. They show up as weight that won’t budge, sleep that’s gone sideways, energy that crashes by 2pm, hormones that feel completely out of control, and a libido that has quietly left the building.

This week, we talk honestly about all of it – no shame, no filter. And we build a real, personalized plan for stabilizing your hormones, reclaiming your energy, rebuilding your strength, and feeling at home in your body again. Not a punishment plan. A plan that actually works for this stage of life and fits into your real schedule.

Week 3: Relationships, Boundaries & Emotional Load

Midlife relationships are complicated. Tension with your partner. Intimacy that’s disconnected or has disappeared. Parenting while also managing aging parents. Friendships that have become one-sided. Dynamics that quietly exhaust you, build resentment, or are slowly breaking your heart – and you’re not even sure when it all shifted.

This week, we name what’s actually happening. We identify where you’re over-functioning and where your energy needs protecting. And we build real, practical scripts and boundaries – the kind that finally get your needs met and help you feel cherished and supported again.

Week 4: Desires, Dreams & Putting Yourself Back in Your Own Story

When did you last do something just because it made you happy? Not because it was useful, or responsible, or on the list – but because it lit you up?

This week is about the dreams you’ve quietly shelved, the creative parts of you that have gone silent, and the version of you that existed before you became everyone’s everything. We name them. We make space for them. And we figure out how to fit the things that inspire you, excite you, and make you feel genuinely alive back into your actual life – not someday, now.

Week 5: Money – Feel Financially Secure and in Control

Money is safety. And in midlife, financial questions can feel like one more thing you’re supposed to have figured out but haven’t – whether that’s building more independence, understanding where you stand, planning for what’s ahead, or just getting honest about what needs attention.

No judgment here. This week, we look clearly at where you are, where you want more autonomy and security, and what practical steps would give you more financial flexibility and confidence going forward – so whatever the future holds, you feel prepared for it.

Week 6: Integration – Build Your Plan for What Comes Next

This is where it all comes together.

Over the previous five weeks, you’ve done real work on the areas of your life that matter most. Now we pull it into a clear, realistic, genuinely exciting plan for your next chapter — what stays, what shifts, what you’re actively moving toward, and the specific steps that will get you there.

You won’t leave with a vision board. You’ll leave with a plan.

How It Works

Each week follows a simple rhythm designed to fit into your real life.

  • Monday – Your Weekly Coaching Session arrives in your inbox. A focused audio lesson, 15 minutes or less. Listen on a walk, during your commute, while you’re making dinner. Each session comes with a short worksheet to clarify your next steps, create your plan, and keep you moving forward.

  • During the Week – Community Support – you’re not doing this alone. Move through the exercises at your own pace and connect with the other women in the private Reset community. Ask questions. Share what’s coming up. Receive encouragement from women who genuinely get it because they’re in it too.

  • Sunday Circle – Q&A + Integration: Each week we gather live for real conversation – reflection, questions, breakthroughs, honesty, and yes, laughter. Come when you can, catch the recording when you can’t. It’s casual. (Sundays at 10am PT | 1pm ET | 6pm Lisbon. All sessions recorded.) 

  • Every Day – I’m inside the fire with you: Supporting whatever shows up throughout the week, holding you steady when the ground feels shaky, and reminding you not to shrink from your desires when old habits resurface so the process feels lighter and you stay accountable to the woman you are becoming. Dip in when you need a boost, a reality check, or just to know you’re not alone. There’s no pressure to be active or to show up daily – just real support when you want and need it.

The time commitment is about 15 minutes a week. That’s it. The Sunday Circles are optional but powerful. This is designed to nourish and inspire you – not add to your plate.

    Hi, I’m Jen Wittman.

    Right after my 50th birthday, I felt like I was being crushed by the weight of my own life. Hormone chaos, weight gain, insomnia, my marriage, my finances – all while parenting a teenager – it was too much. I was functioning – managing everything, holding up everyone, still showing up.

    So I did the work. I got honest about what was draining me, what I actually wanted, and what needed to change. I reclaimed my body, my boundaries, my joy, and my sense of self. And then – because this is what I do – I figured out how to help other women do the same.

    I’ve spent more than two decades guiding women through major life transitions – identity reinvention, health challenges, business growth, relationship shifts, lifestyle redesign – from helping 150,000 women reverse thyroid and autoimmune conditions through Thyroid Loving Care, to high-level private coaching helping women build financial independence and redesign their lives. And at 45, I moved to Portugal and built a life I’m genuinely excited about.

    When I turned 50, I created Midlife Magic™ as a space for women navigating this transformative chapter of life – a place for honest conversations, thoughtful guidance, and practical support as we rethink what the next stage of life can look like.
