How it works

We meet live online for discussion circles every other week for six months in one of two cohorts.

The Reset Cohort: For women going deeper in The Reset™, we meet every other week to go deeper on the excavation work and keep you accountable to the changes you said you’d make, whether that’s setting the boundaries, prioritizing your health, repairing the relationships, getting your finances in order, or rebuilding a life that actually energizes you. 

The Pivot Cohort: For women going deeper in The Pivot™,  we meet on alternating weeks to keep you accountable to the bold steps you said you’d take, whether that’s launching the business, leaving the job, changing careers, planning the retirement, or designing the second-act life you actually want. 

You’ll join the cohort that matches the program you completed.

What happens in the Circles

Twice a month, we gather live for 90 minutes of honest conversation, coaching, and accountability.

You bring what’s actually happening in your life right now: the decisions you’re navigating, where you’re stuck, what’s shifting, what’s exciting, what’s hard.

This is the space to think out loud, get coached on what’s coming up, and stay connected to the future you’re building.
