Six weeks to get clear on your next step, find the courage to go after it, and make your pivot your way.

For women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond ready to make a career change, start something new, or step into retirement or their empty nest phase feeling excited, aligned, and fully alive.

September 8 – October 18

Bring a friend free.

You’ve reached a crossroads.

Maybe your career no longer fits.

Maybe you’re stepping into your empty nest years and you want this next chapter to feel as fulfilling as the years of active parenting did.

Maybe retirement is approaching or you’re in it and you’re wondering who you’ll be without that identity.

Maybe you’re working a role you fell into rather than chose, and you’ve realized this isn’t the life you’d design if you let yourself.

Maybe there’s a business idea, creative dream, or completely different path you’ve quietly wanted to pursue for years – and you’re finally ready to take it seriously.

Maybe you’ve spent decades building a business or career that looked successful on paper – but no longer feels aligned with who you are now.

You know something needs to change.

You’re just not entirely sure what that change looks like yet.

That’s what The Pivot is for.

Whether you’re:

  • pivoting careers
  • becoming an empty nester
  • redesigning your business
  • stepping into retirement
  • starting something new
  • craving more freedom and flexibility
  • or trying to figure out what meaningful work and purpose look like in this next phase of life…

The Pivot helps you get clear on what comes next – and gives you the structure, support, and confidence to move toward it and take your first step feeling excited and inspired.

What does your pivot look like?

What Six Weeks Inside The Pivot Looks Like

Week 1. Who Are You Without Your Roles?

Notice how often the answer to “who am I?” starts with a role, a title, or what you do for other people. The mother. The executive. The caretaker. The professional. The one who holds it all together. This week, we separate who you are from what you do, and move from “Who am I if I’m not X?” to “Who am I now?” From that clarity, you name the pivot you’re ready to make, or how you want to show up for the one you’re already in.

Week 2. Redefining Yourself for This Chapter

Let go of the identities you’ve outgrown. The versions of success that no longer fit. The definitions you inherited from family, culture, career, or your younger self. Build a definition of success that fits the woman you are in this chapter, whether you’re pivoting careers, building something new, or stepping into retirement.

Week 3. Your Pivot, Your Way

Cut through the should, the expectations, and the obligations. Get honest about what you actually want this chapter to look like. How you want to spend your days. What you want to build. What you want to set down. What you’ve been waiting for permission to choose. This is where you stop fitting your pivot into someone else’s template and shape it like the woman you actually are.

Week 4. The Power Audit

You are not starting from scratch. Recognize the strengths, wisdom, and experience you already carry that you can take into your career pivot, business idea, retirement, and next chapter. By the end of this week, you know what you bring to the table no matter the endeavor.

Week 5. Pivoting with Confidence

Move through the fears, perfectionism, and overthinking that have kept you stuck. Whether your pivot is internal (claiming a new identity in retirement or as an empty nester) or external (taking the leap, leaving the role, starting the thing), this week helps you eliminate “stinkin’ thinkin’” and builds the capacity to take the next step with confidence.

Week 6. Creating Your Pivot Plan

Walk away with a real, written plan for your pivot, your way. What stays. What changes. What you’re moving toward and how. What your next 30, 60, and 90 days look like, in specific, doable steps.

By the end of Week 6, you have direction.

“Jen took years of experience I’d been undervaluing and helped me turn it into a direction that finally made sense. By the time we were done, my direction looked nothing like what I started with, and everything like what I actually wanted.”

How It Actually Fits Into Your Life

15-30 minutes a week. That’s the time commitment.

Mondays. A focused 15-minute audio coaching session and guided integration workbook lands in your inbox. Carve out a window where you can actually hear yourself think and give it your full attention. This work asks for presence. It will give you everything back.

During the week. Do the exercises in your workbook to help you integrate the coaching and process what came up as you build your next chapter in real time.

Saturdays. The Pivot Circle. We gather live for coaching, questions, and real conversation. 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm Lisbon. Come live or catch the replay.

Throughout. A private community of women doing this work alongside you.

15 minutes a week to learn. Optional workbook and discussion to deepen the experience. No falling behind. No feeling guilty. Just a structured, supportive process designed for women with full lives.

And if life feels too busy, be honest with yourself. When isn’t it?

There will always be something competing for your time and attention, and always an excuse as to why you can’t prioritize yourself right now.

Summer vacations. Holidays. Kids home from school. Family visits. Travel. Busy work schedule.

There’s always a reason to wait, and the seasons keep coming.

So when are you going to carve out a window for you?

The Pivot is built for exactly this. 15 minutes a week. Optional Circles, all recorded. Lifetime access to every recording and resource. You can travel during the program. Take a week off when life gets full. Come back to anything whenever you need to.

The Pivot moves at the pace of your real life.

“Within minutes of talking with Jen, she understood exactly where I wanted my life and work to go. She doesn’t waste your time getting there. She just gets there.”

YOU MAY HAVE SEEN ME IN

Who’s Guiding You

Hi, I’m Jen Wittman.

I’ve spent 25 years guiding women through major life transitions. Career changes. Business launches. Retirement. Health crises and healing journeys. The bigger reinventions and the ones nobody sees.

I’ve also lived this work.

I started in corporate, left to pursue my dream of being a chef in Italy, then built and sold an online platform that supported 150,000 women through thyroid and autoimmune healing. From there, I took my nutrition, transformational coaching, and business strategy chops and started supporting women building new bodies, businesses, and lives. Each pivot terrified me before I made it. Each one turned out to be the right call.

I wrote Women Were Never Meant to Live Like This because too many of us are living lives that look right on paper and feel wrong everywhere else. I wrote The Midlife Nervous System Reset because you cannot make a clear decision about your future from inside a dysregulated body, and most midlife women are trying to.

Then I turned 50, and the weight of my own life caught up with me. Hormone chaos. Insomnia. A marriage to repair. A teenage son to parent through it. A successful life that felt heavy.

I did the work I now teach.

I rebuilt my body, my boundaries, my joy, and my sense of self. I moved my family to Portugal. I built a life I’m genuinely excited to wake up to. And then, because this is what I do, I figured out how to walk other women through the same process.

I created The Pivot because midlife isn’t a fade-out. It’s the most powerful reinvention of a woman’s life. You just need someone honest enough to guide you through it, who has done it herself more than once.

This is a program I lived first. Then built.

“Jen will help you completely reinvent what you do, focused on what you’re actually passionate about. And she’s done it herself. Multiple times. She walks the talk.”

The truth?

Most women spend years circling the same questions.

Should I stay?
Should I go?
Should I retire?
Should I start something new?
What would I even do?
What if I make the wrong choice?
What if I regret not changing?

The Pivot™ is designed to move you out of that loop.

This is a guided process to help you:

  • clarify what you truly want next
  • reconnect with your strengths, values, and vision
  • redefine success on your own terms
  • and build a roadmap for your next chapter

So you stop waiting for clarity to magically arrive…
and start intentionally creating it.

If You’re Still on the Fence, Read This

Here’s What Most Women Get Wrong About Getting Started…

They think they have to wait until they’re sure.

Sure about the career change. Sure about the business idea. Sure about whether retirement will feel meaningful or empty. Sure about who they’re becoming.

So they wait. Months. Years. Sometimes a decade.

Too long staying in the role, the business, the version of life that no longer fits. Too long feeling heavy and spinning in place.

With The Pivot, you create momentum.

You walk away with clarity and the courage to start.

You don’t sit at home and figure this out alone. You don’t wait for a sign. You walk through a structured process designed by someone who has guided 150,000 women through major life transitions, and you come out the other side with answers.

“Before working with Jen, I felt stuck and ready to give up on the whole thing. She helped me see what I’d been overcomplicating and gave me back my excitement for what I was building. It was a different person who finished that work than started it.”

Questions Women Ask Before They Join

What if I’m not sure I want to pivot? I just know something needs to change.

That’s exactly who this is for. Most women come in without an answer. The program is built to help you find one.

What if I can’t make the live Circles?

Come live when you can. Catch the replay when you can’t. Everything is recorded. Women in different time zones complete the program every round.

I’ve done other coaching programs and didn’t get results. How is this different?

The Pivot is small (8 to 10 women), private, and built specifically for the identity and direction questions women face in this chapter. The audio sessions are short and focused. The workbooks build something real. You leave with a written plan, not a feeling.

I have a business idea but I’m not sure if it’s the right one.

You’ll have the space, frameworks, and feedback to think it through honestly. By Week 6 you’ll know whether to move on it, refine it, or set it down.

I’m approaching retirement and a little scared of it. Is this for me?

Yes. A significant part of the program is for women redefining purpose, identity, and meaning as work changes shape. You don’t have to be changing careers or starting a business to belong here.

What if I’m too busy?

15 minutes a week. The Circles are optional. The replays are forever. This program is built around the lives women actually have.

What’s the difference between The Reset and The Pivot?

The Reset is about your relationship with yourself, your body, your desires, your finances. It’s the work of bringing aliveness back into your day-to-day life.

The Pivot is about clarity and confidence around career changes, business reinvention, and stepping into retirement in a way that fits who you are now.

You have a written plan for this new chapter that excites and inspires you.

You’re moving toward a life you actually want.

Building a life that energizes you and fully fits the woman you are now.

We begin June 15. Enrollment closes Wednesday, June 10. (When it’s full, it’s full.)

“Jen’s enthusiasm for what’s possible for you is contagious. She merged passions I’d been keeping separate into one direction that finally made sense. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t seen it myself. I’m more excited about my work and my life than I’ve been in years.”
